At Tend • Her • Wild, our mission is to empower individuals through Voice, Sound, Movement, Ceremony, Breath, Earth and Spirit. Raising vibrations individually and as a collective. Introducing new habits while helping you release all that no longer serves your highest good.
We believe that everyone has the potential to live a vibrant, prosperous, fulfilling, peaceful, and passionate life. By connecting to your heart's center and tuning in to the innate wisdom of your higher self you too can live the life you have always dreamed of.

Mallory Grivette
Mallory is the Owner/Founder of
Tend Her Wild.
Mallory is a Certified Yoga Instructor- She began practicing Ashtanga yoga when she was 16 years old. Since then she has expanded into Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Anusara. Mallory is also a Sound + Somatic Healer, Holistic Nutritionist, Breathwork Practitioner, and a life-long student of Ayurveda.
At the age of 19, she was stricken with a severe illness that she lived with for years. Doctors were unable to diagnose her and, near death, she was told “There’s nothing more we can do.” By the grace of God she was directed to a holistic practitioner. She was diagnosed and began the healing process.
"Going through all of this was difficult and painful, but I wouldn't change a thing. What was once my biggest struggle became my greatest gift."
This has given her a deeply rooted passion that will forever live in her heart. This birthed her desire to help people not just live, but live well. "Lasting change and true healing, comes from within."
She is passionate about gathering, connecting, and helping human beings heal together in safety and wholeness.
As well as supporting and enabling women through personal exploration natures innate wisdom- while rebuilding trust and connection to self.
"You are not your past experiences. Your past may SHAPE you, but it does not DEFINE you. We all have the ability to heal by freeing ourselves from our past and connecting to the present."
Mallory has been holding rituals and ceremonies for herself for many years. Eventually her heart urged her to begin expanding this sacred space beyond herself.
Cacao and ceremony is something very sacred, and close to her heart. "Mama Cacao has been a beautiful catalyst through my healing journey. I am beyond greatful to be sharing these healing modalities and sacred containers with other wonderful- like minded beings."
Mallory would be honored to be a part of your journey. She looks forward to the opportunity to work with you as you deepen your connection with movement, rediscover your true essence, and begin living your favorite life!
